I had such an amazing experience at this optometry clinic! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The technicians who performed the tests before I saw the doctor were phenomenal—so friendly and professional, they really made me feel comfortable. I saw Dr. Cindy Shan, and she was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything clearly, was very thorough, and had such a warm and kind approach. I was so impressed that I booked appointments for my entire family right away. She was amazing with my 6-year-old daughter, which made her 1st visit to an eye doctor even more special. I will definitely be coming here permanently for my and my entire family checkups. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for exceptional eye care!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Everything about Newton Optometry Clinic is first class! They provide the most thorough exams - I've never had an experience as detailed as I have with them! We see Dr. Phul who is absolutely wonderful but I know all their doctors are incredible. BUT IT DOESN'T STOP THERE! Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they have the BEST selection of stylish frames. I was fitted for contact lenses and their follow up was so good! Our entire family uses Newton Optometry Clinic, and we are beyond happy with them!

I have been going to this place for forever and I always feel like myself and my eyes are well taken care of. I have seen Dr. Pierazzo for many years and am very impressed with her degree of expertise and service. Her exams are very thorough and informative. My favourite part though is picking out new frames with Megan :) She always has great taste and wonderful recommendations. It can be daunting to look at those walls of beautiful designer frames but Megan always helps simplify and make it an enjoyable process. She has helped myself, husband, sis and mother pick out lovely prescription frames and stylish sunglasses too. All the staff are warm and welcoming and I always enjoy a visit to Newton Optometry Clinic.

I love this place! From the first appointment and every time I come to pick up my contact lenses, they’ve been so kind and made me feel that they care about me. I’m sorry I forgot my doctors name but she was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me and also imalka who helped me with my contact lenses and even the girl at the front desk (sorry for lacking with the names). I’ve never felt at ease at any optometry clinic and I’ve been to many clinics in other provinces. You guys do above and beyond always! And thank you all for that !!! It was my first visit to this clinic and also first visit to any eye doctor. Dr. Hamburg checked my eyes. He is a great doctor and he got best staff. I believe the lady who attended me at the frame counter her name was Cindy (could be another lady too with the dark hair). She was so patient and showed me as many as frames she could without rushing me.

I only began coming here recently, but everything has always been great! The previous optometry clinic I went to could not compare to this one. The staff are always welcoming and kind, the optometrists are friendly even though I've only been seeing Dr. Lu, and overall the environment of the clinic is very welcoming.

My family have been coming to this optometrist for YEARS. They always been so consistent and accommodating to every need, Especially Megan going above and beyond. Always Appreciated the hospitality the way they they look for for there customers

They are AMAZING!!! My whole family has been coming to the clinic for about 8 years. Dr Yu Sheng Lu is a wonderful, peaceful, person. The doctors are incredible, they have immense patience + kindness. The whole staff is attentive + outstanding!!!

Got my fist pair of glasses here about 3 years ago. Had to return once as plastic sheath covering nose nub fell off. They replaced, no charge. Smiling the whole time. It's been a couple years since I've been back and I went in yesterday as the plastic had come off again and a teeny tiny screw fell out of the glass frame causing the right lens to fall out. Thought for sure this would be a bill, or waiting on teeny tiny parts to come in! They greeted me with smiles, remembered me even after all this time. Repaired at no charge even though warranty had long expired. Glasses were buffed, everything tightened, like new! THAT"S CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Friendliest front counter staff I've ever encountered, always smiling, always polite. Any negative comments on here towards front counter staff most likely come from rude Karen's and Ken's and are to be ignored ^_^

They are the best. All the staff were so nice to me and my wife. The doctor was fun and so kind. We had a great time talking about video games 😍 Special gratitude goes to Imalka... Thank you for being so kind and helpful.
