Eye emergencies range from the very minor to catastrophic. At Newton Optometry the staff have been trained to triage your symptoms and connect with the Optometrist on how quickly you need to be seen. Some risk factors include:
- Sudden loss of vision
- Sudden onset of eye pain
- Sudden onset of flashes or floaters
- Chemical burn
- Foreign body in eye
- Corneal abrasion or scratch
- Eye bleeding
- Welding ARC/Flash

We expand our committed local services globally by donating glasses to the Third World Eye Care Society (TWEC). For over 25 years, TWEC has provided better vision to the world’s poor through their free eyeglass donations.
